Job Fairs

Not all job fairs are created equally.  If an airline is not using it as a “pre-screening” process, then it is simply informational in nature.  When an airline arranges 10-15 minute 1:1 time with a hiring team member who reviews your application, those are usually pre-screening events. A successful interaction with the hiring team member there usually results in the pilot moving to the next step of the hiring process, often resulting in an interview invitation being extended.  Airlines have legal parameters for these events, and all candidates considered must be tracked in their system, meaning the event has to be a controlled environment where the airline is able to track candidates considered.

We offer airline-specific Job Fair Prep to help make sure you are ready to make your best impression  at these important events.
